Um...no Paragons are STILL overpowered. 2 skill nerfs doesnt kill a profession, especially since its their primary attribute that makes them broken.
As for Shadow Form, they need to replace "All attacks miss" to "You block all attacks".
That will significantly stop this build.

I don't think Chillblains was [ab]used much. Why did it take a hit? Shouldn't it be less energy than 25 considering it poisons you, deals hardly any damage and requires you to be in touch range?
I'm baffled.
Edit: Enchanter's Conundrum + Phantom Pain followed by Drain Delusions and Shatter Delusions is a huuuuge spike.

For god's sake BUFF THEM FOR ONCE! I made a Paragon when Nightfall came out, and they were useful for roughly 2 months. Then they got nerfed, and I could hardly use him. Then a month later they were nerfed again..and again..and again..
At this rate there are going to be about 10 paragons playing in the entire game within 2 weeks.

Maybe you should look at like other skills, QQ cracked armor oh noes! GFTE 4 recharge so what? you still gain energy like crazy with other chants and wut not. Maybe if you a Axe Paragon, I hear they are soo gud, then aggy might hurt you.

Strange. I got the books from the asura NPC.
Both the Ebon and Nor NPC refuse to give me books. Probably you can't deliver/get books after you get past some rank (rank 6?) with that faction.

also whats up with ever class but rits getting a balance? Like for the most part i like this update very much but some parts of it just seem... odd. I wish they let use spirit spam again with rit lord.. loved that build

GREAT UPDATE!
For those that complained about "grind"=New Armors; you got your wish. You now have 2 options to unlock those armors. You can farm the points, made easier by HM, or finish the story line 4 times to unlock them all.
My warrior build got a bit of a nerf, but nothing I cant handle.

Same problem here as well, I turned in both books for vanguard rep and the guy wouldn't give me a new dungeon book nor we he even look at my new hero book. My guess is similar to the sunspear ranks you'll need to show them a hardmode book and can only use normal mode books to rank 8.

Actually, this gives paragons an interesting choice. They can either keep AR, and just make sure they don't get too cocky and they don't get spiked, or they can take a skill like Flail. Flail should work equally well, but you don't keep it up forever and it's adrenaline based.
Or, you take one of those gay Necro skills that transfers conditions.

I have a problem with cracked armour as a condition here. Mainly from a lore point of view. Conditions should effect the character physically, like all others do, but cracked armour effects a players' armour..
Doesn't make sense that plague touch should work on it somehow.

I know, sick of Paragons only getting nerfs. Granted, some of the skills do need nerfed, but since over 50% of their other skills are unusable, seems like they would at least attempt to adjust them.
